Recognized with the LEED V4.1 Gold Certification by the U.S. Green Building Council, the project seeks to set new standards for the region - bringing together design, innovation and sustainability. Here, lighting takes on a role almost akin to hospitality — welcoming, guiding, and ac centuating through nuanced contrasts and focussed highlights. As one approaches the site, the origami-like geometry – the idea of folded forms, becomes evident – expressed both in the building envelope and the interior elements. Taking advantage of the lofty heights, linear downlights sit spaced out between the baffles in the ceiling creating a general fill layer of light. This evenness creates a warm glow and exaggerates the inter play of solidity vs. translucency in the architectural form. In the smaller cabins and enclosed spaces, this layered lighting language continues. Balancing fill and accent lighting, while addressing task lighting requirements to ensure bring in warmth and visual clarity. Rounded edges soften the interiors, an effect further enriched by gentle gradients of light that articulate curves and textures . This avant-garde experience centre for the upcoming housing project sets new heights for design and experiences, bringing together design precision, material honesty, and the emotive power of light, elevating the brand and the vision.
