Cafe Anjeer

Anjeer, is an unexpected, modish twist on Indian dining, inviting guests to experience the fine art of cooking at the kitchen counter! This fusion of cooking and dining functions posed distinct lighting challenges. To achieve coherence amidst these contrasts, we chose 3000K lighting throughout but retained cool 4000K in the kitchen exhaust hoods. Supporting the brand story, key action zones were accentuated. Spotlights over the coffee counter turn the barista’s work into a theatrical display. A pink-lit glass cube, floats over the chef’s table and slender pendants emphasize the bar’s curvature, all leading the guest through a visually rich narrative.
